Did you know that Jesus said He would come for believers immediately after the signs in the sun, moon and stars and the Tribulation? Then, the trumpet call of God will sound and Jesus will bring the souls who died from heaven to the clouds and then He will gather the living and the dead from the earth to meet them in the clouds. 

The following verses say that the Harvest (rapture) occurs after the Tribulation. 

Matthew 24:29-31 NKJV  The Coming of the Son of Man
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. ³⁰ Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. ³¹ And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Mark 13:25-27 NKJV
And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. ²⁶ And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.²⁷ And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

When the Bible describes the Son of Man coming on a cloud, it is always about Jesus coming for the Harvest of believers.
